Akiko Kobayakawa is a Tokyo-based artist. She works primarily with Japanese ink and watercolour on paper, depicting animals, plants, daily objects and human figures. These characters exist just by themselves in blank or are mixed into one form to be narratives. These characters let us think what we are, how we live and connect the world.
