Through my paintings I perpetuate processes of transformation in the cityscape? I pay attention to the unfinished and ongoing and I value the places whose appearances are only temporary. To be more precise I photograph and paint the creation, demolition, renewal and decay of buildings. In the process lies possibilities, and I will present it as something rewarding rather than something that must be overcome. Mess, chaos and destruction can accommodate beauty and renewal.
This artwork shows the demolition of a building at the Carlsberg compound.
