Gudlaugur Arason, alias GARASON, is an Icelandic prize winner writer and the artist of 'Book Art.' The art form is called Elf Books - Alfebøger. Gulli was born on the North Side of Iceland in a small fishing village called Dalvik. He has lived abroad in different countries for the past 50 years. His love for books inspired him to develop 'Book Art.' Every piece of art is unique but there are two things they all have in common; they all feature at least one of Arason's own books and one tiny elf which can be difficult to see, just as the hidden little people are in nature.
