The artworks at Centre for Educational Development (CED) at Aarhus University reflect the diverse culture and interdisciplinary academic profiles that characterise the newly established institute. Trough user engagement, the employees at CED were invited to share their stories and reflections about their everyday work life. Based on this we developed a narrative and curated a number of artworks that strengthen the identity of the institute and created a more coherent environment - both physically across the three-storey building and socially among the people working at CED. The key narrative that ties together the art at CED is build around the concept of timeliness. To elaborate on the concept we worked with artistic interpretations of stagnation, movement, disappearance and preservation. The newly installed artworks were introduced to the employees and the public with a guided tour by Curator Christina Dvinge and Artboost Co-Founder Anders Cederholm. The tour gave the participants an opportunity to dive into the stories behind the individual hand-picked artworks.
