The Natural Module is a custom art piece consisting of two complementing artworks made for Tetra Pak by the artist Amanda Betz. Both artworks are made from reused Tetra Pak packages, that have been cut open, split, and reassembled again. The result is two rectangular modules that create an everlasting pattern and universal geometry of rectangular shapes. The piece is developed as a conceptual take on Tetra Pak's sustainability agenda and all materials used for the piece are natural and degradable. The inspiration for The Natural Module comes from an investigation of the materiality and technique of the package itself. In the piece, Betz explores the inside of the box and unfolds new possibilities from within, by using the top and bottom part of the packages respectively.
