Ricardo Amar

Ricardo has been in love with the camera since he was a kid.
He grew up enjoying and connecting with nature firsthand at his father’s coffee bean plantation in Colombia. When he moved to Miami almost twenty years ago, he found that he could easily relate to the people and culture of Miami’s vibrant nightlife.

He loves to use photography to tell stories and express his passion for life.
Ricardo is uniquely able to see deep inside his subjects and connect with their most intimate emotions. He is always finding ways to make the soul of his photographs come alive and inspire those who look at them. This amazing gift is reflected in all of his work.

Ricardo is a full-time photographer who lives in South Florida.
